SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT

A supplier code of conduct is created for the purpose of ensuring that Aiva Products suppliers and vendors areinto safe working conditions and their employees are treated with respect.Also,theproduction and supply chain processes are being responsible, follow labor & human rights, follow ethics, and are environmentally friendly.

Labor

Aiva Products expects that allsuppliers and vendors protect the human rights of their employees and treat them with dignity and respect including.

• Child labor avoidance per the International Labour Organization core labor standards and the United Nations Global Compact principles.
• Equal treatment to all employees and no discrimination or harassment againstbecause ofrace,color,religion,sex(includingpregnancy,sexual orientation, orgender identity),national origin,disability,age orgenetic information(including family medical history).
• Provide equal pay for equal work.
• Trafficking of children or forcing children to work are included among the Worst Forms of Child Labor (WFCL) and should not force labor including any form of slavery.
• Total working hours must be within allowable limit under applicable law or agreement of the country.
• Suppliers and vendors must comply with local and national lawsfor minimum wage laws and regulations.

Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality

• Suppliers mustcomply with all applicable quality, health, safety,and environmental regulations. At all times, suppliers and vendors mush have permits, and licenses kept up-to-date.
• Aiva Products is committed to supporting sustainable operational and agricultural production practices, such as the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations –Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) initiative.
• Material safety data sheets containing all necessary safety-relevant information must be made available to Aiva Products when required in case of a legitimate need.

Ethics and Social Responsibility

• Aiva Products expects that all its suppliers and vendors conduct their business in an ethical manner and to act with integrity. The requirements includeas follow:
• Suppliers will safeguard and make only appropriate use of confidential information and ensure that all privacy and valid intellectual property rights are protected. Suppliers and Vendors will also abide byGDPR complianceand privacy laws of the United States.
• Aiva Products has a zero-tolerance policy against any form of corruption, extortion or embezzlement. We expect that vendors and suppliers will not offer or accept bribes or other unlawful incentives to/from their business partners.
